T&G Group has already brought innovation to the Wedding industry and given customers such a beautiful time. And we have grown to one of the leading companies in this field.
Now we rethink deeply what kind of innovation we should bring next to the society.

It remains a pressing issue for the Hospitality Industry in Japan that there are few value-added hotels competitive in the global market. To really be a “ Tourism-Oriented Country ”, now is the time to innovate.

T&G's PURPOSE in other words our goal is to become Japan's leading hospitality company.

We believe that by becoming "Japan's first global hotel brand" and spreading a new type of hotel to Japan just as we created a new market called "House Wedding", our contribution can help revitalize the hospitality industry.

Japan has a lot of excellent contents.The quality of primary industries like fish, meat, and fruits, which are in danger of declining in Japan, is highly valued. Even if they are expensive, people from overseas are willing to buy them. In the future, we will plan luxury brand hotels that highlight Japan's such strengths.

We also have plans to launch other hotel brands with unique designs and concepts, and we are considering opening TRUNK hotels abroad for the brand that is already well-known internationally.

We believe that this type of innovation will enable us to transform Japan into a dynamic tourism-focused nation capable of competing with foreign countries.

In the fiscal year ended March 2024, we were able to achieve strong results thanks to everyone, including our shareholders. For the fiscal year ending March 2025, we aim to achieve the highest operating profit in the past 10 years, exceeding before the covid-19 pandemic levels.

The number of marriages has plummeted from 600,000 to 500,000, with no recovery in sight. There are many issues facing the market as a whole, such as a decline in young people's desire to get married.

As a pioneer in the industry, we would like to not only increase our market share, but also safeguard and enhance the industry itself.
In the wedding industry, we offer our expertise and collaborate to improve together. And we create new wedding formats that meet new demands and increase the number of weddings we participate in through various options.
We would like to enhance this and imcrease our corporate value.

Since May 2022,when we announced our long-term management policy, we have been receiving a growing number of inquiries from different companies in the same industry.

We aim to collaborate with all those, revitalize the wedding industry as a whole, strengthen our hotel business, and strive to improve our corporate value.
